Avnit Raj CPA
Avnit Raj is a highly strategic finance executive and Co-Founder of Fortune Advisory Services with more than 15 years’ experience leading finance and business functions across a diverse range of organisations. With a strong foundation built at Ernst & Young (EY), Avnit brings deep expertise in financial leadership, corporate governance, and organisational strategy.
He specialises in establishing robust financial systems, structures and governance frameworks while partnering with executive teams and boards to drive sustainable financial and operational outcomes. Avnit has extensive experience overseeing finance and corporate services functions, delivering strategic financial insights, and supporting organisations through periods of growth, transformation and improved financial performance.
Avnit is particularly passionate about supporting the not-for-profit sector, helping organisations strengthen financial sustainability, long-term viability and governance practices. He is also a registered BAS Agent in Australia.
Cynthia Wu
Cynthia is a results-driven accounting professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting the financial operations of both corporate and not-for-profit organisations. She has extensive hands-on expertise across a broad range of day-to-day accounting functions, including payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, bill management, and the coordination of routine financial reporting.
Known for her strong attention to detail and methodical approach, Cynthia plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial processes. She works closely with internal teams and management to support smooth financial operations, maintain compliance with organisational policies, and provide reliable financial information that assists with effective decision-making.

Yossy is an experienced finance professional with more than 10 years of experience in financial and management accounting, reporting, and analysis. She has developed strong expertise in the preparation of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, and performance analysis, supporting organisations to maintain accurate financial records and gain meaningful insights into their financial performance.
In her role as Finance Manager, Yossy works closely with leadership teams to deliver timely and reliable financial reporting that supports informed decision-making. With a strong foundation in large FMCG businesses, Ashneel brings deep expertise in financial and management accounting, operational efficiency, analysis, and reporting, combined with a practical understanding of business strategy and performance optimisation.
He specialises in supporting start-ups and e-commerce ventures, establishing robust financial systems, governance frameworks, and operational structures that enable scalable growth and sustainable outcomes. Ashneel partners closely with executive teams to translate strategy into actionable insights, improve business performance, and navigate periods of transformation and expansion.
